Its rear hard rubber contact roller drives the abrasive belt, allowing you to grind curved, round pipes, and even flat surfaces. This burnishing system can achieve finishes ranging from coarse to very fine, providing a high-gloss finish. Equipped with a powerful 1710-watt motor and seven adjustable speed settings, the PIPE-MAX can be used on various metals, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and iron. The sanding belt easily follows every contour, efficiently grinding and polishing to achieve a glossy finish. The belt wraps around the outer pipe, enabling you to polish the entire circumference with just a few steps. A built-in tachogenerator ensures that this pipe finishing machine maintains constant RPM and power to the drive roller at any setting, preventing streaks and waves that often occur with lower-quality belt sanders and non-regulated machines.
