1. This VFD is ONLY applicable to three-phase asynchronous motors.
2. If your motor operates under heavy load, please choose a VFD with higher horsepower than your motor's.
3. The instantaneous starting current of air compressors is very large. To avoid overcurrent, please select a VFD with twice the horsepower of the motor. Example: For a 2 HP compressor, recommend a 4 HP or 5 HP VFD.
4. One of the key functions of the VFD is its soft-start capability, which prevents high-current to the power grid and mechanical shock to the machine system. We strongly recommend NOT starting the motor directly after the VFD is powered on.
