This pump can handle up to 3/8-inch semi-solids, has a 1.5-inch FNPT discharge and is equipped with a 10-ft. power cord. The BSC50V has a durable epoxy-coated heavy-duty cast iron housing and comes with a piggy-back vertical float switch which activates when water reaches 6 - 8 inches and shuts off when water falls between 1.8 and 3.8 inches. The pump can be easily converted to a manual pump by unplugging the pump from the switch and plugging it directly into a wall outlet; perfect for emergency water removal or for servicing/testing the pump.
